Our roots.

  • I grew up in a village in Saskatchewan and still have strong roots to my home province (Rider pride!). I love playing team sports, especially slo-pitch and curling. Outside of sports, I’m known to be a slow walker. I’m a Grandma in a millenial body. Jumpsuits, overalls, and oversized flannels are my go-to outfits. I adore food, but am a very picky eater— beets are dirt, mushrooms are fungus, raisins and nuts do not belong in baked goods!!! I am fiercely loyal, patient, and I allow space for people to just be, and be safely. My dog Rudy is my right-hand man. I’m accepting of all creatures and their own timelines and processes for things. Except spiders.

  • I am a homegrown Calgarian; went and lived some life in BC for a while but wound up back in my hometown. I’m a direct, say-it-like-it-is kinda gal, but am soft and gentle in my delivery. I love to laugh and believe humour can be an amazing therapeutic tool. I have two dogs, Ava and Lola, and a 23-year old son— they are my world. My chef skills are unparalleled and I have a keen eye for design. My love language is feeding people, I’ll challenge anyone to an arm wrestle, I will fiercely defend any animal, and I need to be near water. If you were to sum me up in one phrase— I love Bridgerton and Ozark equally.

Our heart.

Maddie and Corrie are our fearless leaders and Co-Directors. They have created this company on the foundation of collaboration— balancing their individual strengths to curate the warmth of Therapy Collective.

What started as a simple desire to share office space has now blossomed into a thriving business. Maddie and Corrie founded Therapy Collective with the dream of bringing together a group of strong women to work collaboratively in building a therapeutic clinic— and they‘ve succeeded!

Therapy Collective is not just a business, but a space to feel at HOME. We have worked hard to ensure the atmosphere of Therapy Collective has been intentionally crafted. We know how important it is to feel safe in your surroundings in order to connect with your therapist, connect with yourself, and connect with the parts that brought you to therapy in the first place. We have achieved this through hand-selecting each therapist with varying specialties and designing offices that feel inviting and comfortable.

Our core.

Each of the therapists at Therapy Collective are people who are real with you— we come into the room in an authentic way so you are seen, heard, embraced, engaged with, and connected with. When you walk into therapy, the first thing that needs to happen is the creation of a foundation and atmosphere that allows your shoulders to drop. We provide a space for you to open up and wade through the tough stuff knowing that you are safe. If no other place, this is the place where it’s safe. Every member of Therapy Collective is a therapist, but we’re humans first and foremost. We know and understand what it’s like to struggle and appreciate the importance of coming from a place of compassion and empathy. We lead with that every single time— as a human first and a therapist second.
