Mental strength is not just hoping that nothing ever goes wrong. It is believing that we have the capacity to handle it if it does.

My Approach
My name is Moriah (she/her) and I work with people who feel stuck trying to navigate life’s challenges – whether it’s managing stress and worry, finding direction, or facing uncertainty. Perhaps it feels like you’re doing everything you can to make changes and now you’re unsure where to turn next. You lie awake at night replaying conversations or worrying about what could go wrong. You might find yourself second-guessing decisions or having troubles focusing. Even your work feels draining. Stress has impacted your relationships, making it harder to connect, set boundaries, or feel present. You know you want life to feel different, but you’re not sure how to get there.
In our work together, we’ll focus on what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to shift to help you move forward. My approach is collaborative yet straightforward, inviting honesty and curiosity during our time together. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, my goal is for you to leave each session with useful tools, strategies, or new insights that apply to you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. What matters most is your willingness to show up, and together we can work towards where you want to be.
