Moriah Edge-Partington

Registered Provisional Psychologist, MEd, BA

Mental strength is not just hoping that nothing ever goes wrong. It is believing that we have the capacity to handle it if it does.

My Approach
My name is Moriah (she/her), and I believe therapy is about creating a space where you should feel seen, supported, and can show up as your authentic self. I know that life brings change, challenges, and uncertainty, and I see each person as having the ability to adapt, grow, and find meaning along the way. My role is to walk alongside you in that process, helping you reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of purpose.

In our work together, I bring authenticity, warmth, honesty, and humour into the room. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, meaning we’ll focus on what’s already working for you while also addressing the areas that feel stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor them to fit your unique needs, while keeping your goals front and center so that our work feels purposeful and grounded in where you want to go.

I also specialize in providing ADHD and psycho-educational assessments to help individuals understand their unique strengths, abilities, and challenges. Whether you are querying a learning disability, experiencing concerns with attention, or seeking to better understand yourself and the difficulties you are facing, my goal is to provide you with clarity, actionable steps, and recommendations to help you move forward.

Whether you're considering starting therapy or pursuing an assessment, I'm here to support you in taking this next step forward.
